Genion Lab isn’t just an office; it’s a movement. Born in 2013 as one of the coworking pioneers in Valencia, we are the spot where creativity meets business.
We are a community committed to our territory, proving that you can change the world from the interior of Alicante.
Fixed or Flex desks. Work every day in total comfort at your own desk or drop in for a few hours with your laptop wherever you feel inspired. The perfect spot to remote work, bring your projects to life, or enjoy a coffee break with the Lab community.
For 2 to 12 people. All-inclusive service with everything you need. Natural light and the comfort your team deserves to perform at their best.
Forget boring boardrooms. Our spaces are flooded with natural light and come fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, whiteboards, and large screens for your masterclasses or video calls. Located right off the A-31 highway with ample parking—designed to respect your time and the time of your guests. Available Monday through Saturday. Up to 40 People.

Not at all. It’s not just rent; it’s a service. Unlike a standard office, here you join an active, creative, and innovative community. Beyond your desk, you get to share ideas, join events, enjoy our “SweetMondays” breakfasts, or grab a beer with us on Fridays. It’s about connecting, not just working.
Short answer: everything. Electricity, water, cleaning, high-speed internet, printing, climate control, and kitchen access are all covered. Plus, you get hours to use our meeting rooms. You just focus on your work; we handle the boring stuff. Simple and stress-free!
Yes! Every plan covers the essentials mentioned above. However, our premium memberships come with extra perks like extended meeting room hours, private parking, and 24/7 access.
Absolutely. We have private lockers and storage spaces included in some plans or available for rent (starting from just €5/month).
If you have a Fixed Desk or Private Office, you also get extra storage right at your spot to leave whatever you need.
The Lab is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 19:00h and Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00h. Need more flexibility? Members with Fixed Desks or Private Offices can request 24/7 access after their first 3 months with us.
Relax, no long-term contracts here. You decide when to start and when to stop. If you ever need to leave (we’ll miss you!), just let us know a few days before the new month starts. That’s it. 😉
Yes! Your “Host” is here for almost everything: getting you settled, showing you how the printer works, letting you know when the coffee is ready, or fixing the Wi-Fi if it acts up. You’ll wonder how you ever lived without one!
Yes. You can use Genion Lab as your commercial, legal, and fiscal address (for your website, Google Maps, mail, etc.). This service is included in all plans except the “Club” membership. Don’t need a desk but want the professional image? Check out our Virtual Office plan.
Of course! Our kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, and—most importantly—a coffee machine. You can also enjoy your lunch or a break at “La Terracica”, our outdoor terrace. It’s the perfect spot for you and your clients to recharge.
Yes! Anyone can book our Meeting Rooms, Training Classrooms, or even the Terrace by the hour or through our “Hour Bundles” for better rates. Tip: If you become a coworker, you get free meeting room hours included in your monthly fee!
We are in Petrer, strategically located just 2 minutes from the A-31 highway (Madrid-Alicante). We are surrounded by shops, gas stations, and supermarkets, with the town centers of Petrer and Elda just a short walk away. Parking? Easy. We have a private gated lot and plenty of free public parking right outside. Neither you nor your guests will ever stress about finding a spot.
